All intellectual property related to the Legacy Builder Program remains owned by its original creators. Uveler Launchpad operates under Master Resell Rights to configure and deliver systems for clients. Any materials built for your setup may include templates or frameworks owned by TCAM Partners Ltd or third-party licensors.

4. Delivery

Services are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment and onboarding completion. Delivery time may vary based on client communication and access provided.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee income, sales, or business success.
Results depend on your effort, experience, and market conditions.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

7. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, access credentials, and timely responses for service completion. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before launch.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uveler Launchpad and TCAM Partners Ltd are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or business outcome resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties.

We collect basic personal data such as name, email, and payment details for service delivery. We do not sell or rent your data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors or automation tools) as needed to deliver your purchase. All custom designs, content, and configurations created by Uveler Launchpad remain the intellectual property of TCAM Partners Ltd until full payment is received. After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the setup for your business.
